이태원 리움뮤지엄 옆 골목에 위치한 부지로 프라이버시를 중요하게 생각하는 공간으로 기획되었다. 적당히 열린공간과 닫힌공간. 지하에 위치한 선큰가든, 2층에 위치한 로프트공간등 2세대 주거 공간으로 독립적인 어프로치를 위해 외부에서 2층으로 접근이 가능하게 하였다. 건축물은발색 스트인레스와 노출 콘크리트로 디자인하고 내부공간은 소프트하게 연출하였다.

Located in an alley next to the Leeum Museum in Itaewon, it was planned as a space that values ​​privacy. Moderately open and closed spaces. A sunken garden located in the basement and a loft space located on the 2nd floor are 2nd generation residential spaces, allowing access to the 2nd floor from the outside for an independent approach. The building is designed with colored strain and exposed concrete, and the interior space is soft.
