클래식한 스타일을 선호하는 클라이언트의 성향도 있었지만 전통적인 고급스러운 클럽하우스의 브랜드적인 가치를 중요시하였다.

회원들의 디그니트를 충분히 느낄수 있도록 공간의 높이를 확보했다. 다이닝의 공간도 선룸의 형태로 야외 뜰에서의 식사를 할 수있도록 하였다. 선룸의 공간 크기가 지중열 에어컨시스템 공간 확보로 당초 계획보다 폭이 3m정도 줄어 들게 되어 기둥 형태의 열주가 초기 디자인과 다르게 생략되었다.

Although there was a tendency of the client to prefer the classic style, the brand value of the traditional luxurious clubhouse was emphasized. The height of the space was secured so that members could fully feel the dignity. The dining space is also in the form of a sunroom so that you can have a meal in the outdoor yard. The space size of the sunroom was reduced by about 3m from the original plan by securing space for the geothermal air conditioning system, so the pillar-shaped colonnade was omitted unlike the initial design.
