사이트는 제주시가지와 바다 ,한라산 조망이 가능 한 부지로 제주 오라cc 인근 계곡 접해있다.

2층마스트공간과1층게스트룸, 아래층에는 모임가능한 장소를 마련하였다. 허가 이후 제주도 홍수등으로 계곡의 위험한 요소가 부각 되었다. 계곡에서 10m정도 높이의 부지의 안정성을 위해 과도한 토목비용으로 인해 위치를 변경하게 되었다.

The site is a site with a view of Jeju city, the sea, and Hallasan Mountain, and is adjacent to the valley near Jeju Ora CC. A mast space on the 2nd floor, a guest room on the 1st floor, and a meeting place are provided on the lower floor. After permitting, the dangerous elements of the valley were highlighted due to floods in Jeju Island. The location was changed due to excessive civil engineering costs for the stability of the site at a height of about 10m from the valley.
